But unacknowledged pain doesn’t disappear—it transforms. It becomes fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, tension, disconnection. It gets stored in the body and passed through generations. What we don’t process emotionally, we often carry physically—and unknowingly teach our daughters to carry too.
From there, we’ll begin your therapy journey—meeting regularly (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what works best for you). Each session builds on the last, giving you steady support, practical tools, and a safe space to grow at your own pace.
Our first full session is 60 minutes. This is your time to share your story—what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve tried, and what you hope to find in therapy. Together, we’ll begin to map out a plan that feels supportive and aligned with
your needs.
We’ll start with a quick 15-minute call, just to get to know each other. You can share what’s been on your mind, ask questions, and get a feel for whether this space feels right for you. No pressure—just a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.
